General Policy

  • Mobile Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. We also do not allow same-day appointments.
  • No exceptions.
    (There is a $1 per mile travel fee) 
  • No same day appointments when booking MOBILE SERVICES. (Contact barber for accommodations.) *Note there will be a $25 convenience fee added to original price.
  • Call-in/Text appointments must pay a $15 deposit to hold their time slot.

  • Late clients will only have a 10–15-minute grace period before rescheduling.
  • Before or after hour appointments will automatically double the price of original price. No exceptions
  • No-shows may result in a full-service charge and/or loss of future booking privileges
  • We welcome well-behaved children for haircuts but ask that they remain supervised at all times. For safety, children not receiving services should not be left unattended.
  • We do not offer refunds, but your satisfaction is important. If you’re not happy with your service, please let us know within 3 days so we can make it right.
  • We maintain strict sanitation standards and disinfect all tools and stations between clients.

  • If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
