Cancelation Policy

At Smooth Kuts, we value your time and our schedules. To ensure the best service for all clients, we have a clear cancellation policy in place.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
✔ Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of service.
✔ Late arrivals (10–15+ minutes) may result in rescheduling.
✔ Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
